I’ve trained for years for this role, and have cooked at famous restaurants, winning numerous awards in both Vietnam and the United States for my creativity, flavor profiles, and unique cooking. I’m excited to welcome you and your family to my home, and share my love for food with you.

Our menu showcases the rich and varied flavors of Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and Thailand. By blending traditional recipes with contemporary flair, we craft dishes that are both familiar and inventive. From a warming bowl of pho to a crisp banh mi or a refreshing Presotea drink, every item is made with premium ingredients and prepared fresh just for you.
Our Signature 24-Hour Broth
Not all pho broths are created equal! Crafting a deeply flavorful and nourishing bone broth takes time and care, which is why we follow a precise and deliberate process. Each bowl of pho features our signature broth, made from 250–300 pounds of beef bones, meats, and aromatic ingredients. Simmered for 24 hours, this slow cooking method draws out rich flavors and vital nutrients from the bones and marrow, delivering an authentic taste!
